This course hit on many topics that have never been mentioned on any of the three previous courses I have attended so I came away with a lot of knowledge which I hope to put into practice in the future. This course was extremely well organised and run. The instructor Chris made you feel at ease as he worked through both practical and theoretical parts of the course. Topics included CPR for adults, children and babies. Lunch was provided and was delicious, tea and coffee was available all day and apart from our lunch break there was a mid morning and mid afternoon break too. If you are looking to renew your first aid certificate or are considering doing a course for the first time please don't look anywhere else as service with First Aid North East is first class.
